You’re ready to streamline your business and take it to the next level, but…

You have no idea what to do next.

You keep hearing about “systems” but — what does that even mean?

And even if you’re a bookkeeper or a business coach (you know, people who regularly use ‘systems’), which systems are right for you? Which will actually save you time and effort, rather than pile more To Do’s onto your plate?

Hi, I’m Katie, and I work with small business owners of all kinds - from photographers and sommeliers to coaches and accountants, you name it.

What they all have in common is: they’re ready to grow (or growing already), but they’re low on time, AND, they’re multi-passionate or neurodivergent (so if you do have time, it’s filled with a dozen half-finished projects!).

With no systems or automations in place, you feel like you have to be like the 2023 Academy Award Best Picture Winner,

Everything Everywhere All at Once.

Slow down, breathe, focus, we can do this!

In fact, simplifying and optimizing systems so solopreneurs can grow is my specialty.

I help you identify the blocks in your business by auditing your systems and tech, answering your questions, and giving you an actionable 90-day plan to put the foundations in place to grow and scale without overwhelm.

I know this isn’t your first time trying to figure this out. And the previous attempts… they didn’t turn out so well.

You've invested in various courses and tutorials (hello overwhelm!), attempted to handle the tech aspects yourself (ugh, time suck), set goals (that end up being pushed aside and forgotten), and even hired a virtual assistant (without clear direction).

But still…

👀 OOOOOO LOOK ANOTHER SHINY OBJECT

Sorry, I got distracted by another course that promises to magically solve all my problems at the low low price of several thousand dollars. Sound familiar?

Now where were we?

Right: Why you need someone who understands the Shiny Object Squirrel-Brain to help you find systems that work for *you*.

Most systems are built by people who are already organized. Naturally. Like, they fell out of the womb with a day planner.

But I’m right there with you, getting whiplash from all the shiny objects flying by. But one of the best things about ADHD (other than really understanding what it takes to run a business with ADHD) is that it comes with superpowers. Mine is: Creating customized systems that work really well for others. One size doesn’t fit you (or me) and we’re not even gonna try.

My Approach to Systems

So many systems and tools are about having to fit your triangle shape into the circle hole.

Unlike one-size-fits-all approaches, my customized 90-day plan takes into account your specific goals, previous attempts, and individual preferences. Together, we'll craft a plan that not only aligns with your business but also complements your unique thinking process.

A bit more about me, personally (so glad you asked!)

While systems and tech are MY super power, I’ve done everything from getting yelled at by customers while working in multiple call centers, to escorting characters at Disney World, to working on 3 Presidential campaigns during the 2020 cycle alone.

In fact I was working on Elizabeth Warren’s presidential campaign when she dropped out less than a week before the world shut down.

Everything came to a grinding halt. And suddenly “everyone around me, we’re all just like realizing things” - Kylie Jenner

I realized that through that plethora of jobs, one thing was constant: I liked helping people problem solve and I hated when every day was exactly the same.

Also, all of my experience was very in-person, but I knew I needed to build an online business because I thrived when I could create my own working environment and have flexibility. I spent years masking, trying to fit into the mold of what our capitalist society tells us we should do only to be 30 years old and burnt the ef out. My ADHD/neurodivergent discovery tale is extensive, but “long story short, I survived”  (yup, I’m a Swiftie). Things had to change though.

I started working as a Tech VA for online businesses, helping them migrate funnel systems to different platforms, troubleshooting, problem-solving (my sweet spot), and got a crash course in funnel strategy. I took courses in online business management and funnel building… but here’s where my lightbulb moment happened. 💡

As I graduated from these courses, I knew the things I created for my assignments wouldn’t work for me and my unique brain. It finally clicked.

I wanted to work with people who were neurodivergent like me. People who had tried those cookie-cutter solutions and really needed something more bespoke.

My mantra is everyone has a system, whether you know it or not.

You’re doing something every day to keep your business afloat, but you’re treading water and running out of steam.

All because your system isn’t working for your brain.

That’s where I come in. You are multi-passionate or neurodivergent and need systems that work when you have a million project ideas in one hour. You need processes that will keep going in the background so you can work on those million ideas. And, most importantly, you need automations where you can still ensure your business is intact on the days you have no spoons left to give.

Let’s work together on creating systems that work for your brain.

Fun facts about me in a nutshell

➡️ This is Sansa (yes, as in Stark & 👸🏻 of the north). She’s a part-time bartender and full-time bug hunter.

➡️ I’m a neurodivergent/multi-passionate Accredited Online Business Manager and Certified Funnel Pro (who only found out I was ADHD at the age of 30! Which means I had to build really effective systems for myself, all while wondering why everyone else was always able to “just do it”).

➡️ I regret all the naps I didn’t take. I am now an avid nap taker. Rest is resistance and I do what I can to resist capitalism while also having to survive in it.

➡️ I spent my 20s working at Disney World. Ask me about the time we had six service dogs come and meet Chewbacca.

➡️ Ever think you watch too much TV? I bet I’ve got you beat. The Writers’ Strike will definitely mess up my fall schedule but I fully support them. #WGAstrong

I’m even listening to the five released songs of the 2023 Sweeney Todd Cast Album while writing this… maybe by the time I publish this they’ll actually have released the full version.
